how to purchase from us ?

– Step 1 : Send an email to our sales department for quote / order(s) : maggie@hobbyisland.co.za or frankie@hobbyisland.co.za

– Step 2 : Deposit transfer and send the proof of payment back to us

– Step 3 : Getting the invoice from our sales once confirm rcv’d the payment(s)

– Step 4 : Our sales will keep contact the customers individually by email for the updated schedule of stocks release and arrive issues

– Step 5 : Customers can select either come to our office (Bedfordview area Johannesburg) to collect their stocks (customers must be paid the full balance amount before the stocks arrived in South Africa, our sales will send the updated email to you a month ago before the stocks ship from overseas) or delivery by courier from our S.A. office (delivery fee is not included).
