In stock Items:
- Order handling: 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Order transit: 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri)- South Africa Orders
- Free shipping on all orders within Africa
Pre Order Items:
- You will receive a notification once your pre-ordered item arrives
- Once it arrives at our warehouse: order transit is 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri)-South Africa Orders
Shipping Process
In stock Items:
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.
You will receive tracking information on your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Africa
Delayed Orders:
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Pre-ordered Products:
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Your pre-ordered product is then confirmed as ordered ,and we will notify you once the item arrives and is ready to be shipped. Once full payment for your order is received, we will prepare your shipment. You will receive an email once your product has shipped with tracking information to track your order. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive (South African orders). Orders in other parts of Africa may take longer to receive.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 24 hours of receiving your product.

Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you have 8 hours after your order is processed to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
